Jim Carr is the Chief Financial Officer at Gradient AI. He brings over 25 years of industry experience leading successful teams within both public and private companies. His responsibilities at Gradient AI include overseeing all financial matters, including accounting, FP&A and tax.

Prior to joining Gradient AI, Jim held leadership roles within several prominent technology companies. Most recently, Jim served as CFO for Imprivata. While at Imprivata, he oversaw accounting, finance, legal, tax, IT and sales operations. Jim has also held senior leadership positions at PlumChoice, Akamai, CA Technologies, and Oracle.

Jim holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont.
