Deidre joins Gradient AI as the VP of Marketing with over 20 years of experience transforming companies through marketing, analytics and brand positioning. Deidre is a transformational leader with a proven track record of growing startups and Fortune 500 companies through omnichannel marketing and communications strategy. 

In partnering with cross-functional teams, Deidre’s goal is to inspire new ways of approaching integrated marketing and customer experience while driving results.

Deidre holds a BS in Marketing from the Virginia Commonwealth University. A Richmond, Virginia native, she is always on the move. Whether it’s waking before the sun for a 5:00 am gym session, traveling to sporting events with her kids, or seeking out the newest Richmond eatery with her husband. With no time to slow down, it makes the work she’s doing all the more important.
